1. Product Use & Restrictions

All peptides and research compounds sold by Alpha Wolf Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes. These products are NOT approved by the FDA or any regulatory body for human consumption, clinical use, therapeutic application, or veterinary use.

By purchasing from Alpha Wolf Peptides, you acknowledge that you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a licensed research facility, and that products will be used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Misuse, resale for non-research purposes, or misrepresentation of the intended use of our products is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

2. Eligibility & Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Alpha Wolf Peptides. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion
• One account per individual or institution; duplicate accounts may be merged or removed

3. User Responsibilities

• Dispose of materials according to institutional and regulatory guidelines

• Ensure all end users are informed of usage restrictions and safety requirements
• Do not administer products to humans, animals, or any living organism

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are subject to change based on supply costs, market conditions, and promotional periods.

• Order placement constitutes an offer to purchase, not a binding contract until we confirm and ship
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these terms
• We reserve the right to limit order quantities per customer or per order
• Pricing errors discovered before shipment may result in order cancellation with a full refund
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe; we do not store credit card information
• For EU orders, pricing may not include customs duties, import taxes, or VAT — these are the buyer’s responsibility
• Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free 2-day shipping within the United States and 2-day express shipping to the European Union. For detailed shipping information, timeframes, and carrier details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Alpha Wolf Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or force majeure events.

6A. Assumption of Risk, Misuse Waiver & Health Disclaimer

By placing an order, you knowingly and voluntarily acknowledge and agree to all of the following:

• You are purchasing the product solely as a research reference compound for legitimate in-vitro laboratory investigation by qualified personnel.
• You will not consume, ingest, inject, inhale, apply topically, or otherwise introduce the product into the body of any human being or animal, and you will not authorise, encourage, instruct, or permit any third party to do so.
• You understand that any in-vivo use of the product is dangerous, unlawful in many jurisdictions, and may cause serious injury, permanent disability, illness, adverse reactions, hospitalisation, or death.
• You expressly assume all risk associated with any use of the product, whether intended or unintended, foreseeable or unforeseeable, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, allergic reaction, infection, hormonal disruption, organ damage, psychological harm, long-term health effects, disability, and death.
• Alpha Wolf Peptides has made no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — regarding the safety, fitness, biological activity, sterility, or suitability of the product for any use in or on a living organism.
• You waive, release, and forever discharge Alpha Wolf Peptides, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, manufacturers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, costs, and expenses of any kind — including for bodily injury, illness, wrongful death, emotional distress, loss of consortium, medical expenses, lost wages, and any consequential or punitive damages — arising out of or related to any in-vivo use, ingestion, administration, handling outside of a laboratory setting, or other misuse of the product by you or any third party who comes into possession of the product through you.
• This waiver applies regardless of whether the misuse was committed by you, a member of your household, an employee, a research subject, or any other person, and regardless of whether Alpha Wolf Peptides was negligent, except to the extent such waiver is prohibited by applicable law.
• You agree that any adverse event, injury, illness, or death resulting from in-vivo use is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the person who administered or self-administered the product, and is not the responsibility of Alpha Wolf Peptides.
• You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws, regulations, customs requirements, and institutional protocols applicable to the possession, transport, handling, and disposal of research chemicals in your jurisdiction.

If you do not agree to every provision of this section, you must not purchase or accept delivery of any product from Alpha Wolf Peptides. Completing checkout constitutes your binding electronic signature to this assumption of risk and waiver.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, research articles, and software — is the property of Alpha Wolf Peptides and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content without our express written consent. Limited use for personal, non-commercial research reference is permitted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha Wolf Peptides — including its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, manufacturers, and affiliates — shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the purchase, possession, handling, use, misuse, or inability to use our products or services. This exclusion expressly includes, without limitation: bodily injury, illness, infection, allergic or adverse reaction, hormonal or endocrine disruption, organ damage, disability, mental or emotional distress, wrongful death, medical and hospitalisation expenses, lost wages or earning capacity, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business, and any third-party claims, regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or otherwise) and regardless of whether Alpha Wolf Peptides was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Alpha Wolf Peptides expressly disclaims any liability for harm caused by the in-vivo use, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any other administration of our products to humans or animals. All such uses are strictly prohibited, occur entirely outside the scope of the sale, and are undertaken at the sole risk of the person who chooses to misuse the product.

Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is less. All products are sold strictly “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS,” without warranties of any kind — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or fitness for any in-vivo, therapeutic, diagnostic, or cosmetic use. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alpha Wolf Peptides, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, manufacturers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, investigations, regulatory actions, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees, expert fees, and court costs) arising out of or related to: (a) your purchase, possession, handling, storage, transport, or disposal of our products; (b) any in-vivo use, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, administration, or other misuse of our products by you or by any third party who obtained the product through you, including any resulting bodily injury, illness, adverse reaction, disability, or death; (c) your violation of these Terms or of any law, regulation, or institutional policy; (d) your misrepresentation of your status as a qualified researcher; or (e) any third-party claim brought against Alpha Wolf Peptides as a result of conduct described in (a)–(d). This indemnity survives termination of these Terms and your account.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are accessing this website from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent that they apply.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
